SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic (U.S.) orders!
In order to maintain an eco-friendly production model, we're extremely careful to avoid overstocking. For in-stock items, orders are generally processed within 2 business days of purchase and arrive within 4-8 business days post-shipment. With the exception of a few sale items, all of our garments can be easily made to order if not already in stock - we ask that you please allow 6-8 weeks for the piece to be manufactured and shipped, and it will arrive within 4-8 business days post-shipment.

For international customers, the time of delivery and shipping/VAT costs will vary by country. If you are an international customer or would like to ship an item outside the U.S., please email email@example.com for further delivery cost information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Online Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days for a refund or credit. After 14 days, the item becomes the final sale.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging and without any makeup stains. If stains are found, JRB Style has the right to ship the item back without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.
We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and has to provide a tracking number in order to receive a full refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hip, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it’s completed. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom-size dresses. Please make sure to double-check all your measurements and color choice, while following our measuring guide and color chart.
While we will make your order according to the measurements provided, it is only basic custom sizing, so you may need additional alterations at your expense once you’ve received the dress for your ideal fit.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
How to return:
1. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon receiving your order.
2. Once we have approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Customers should pay the shipping fee to send the dress back.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
